Exchanges and refunds

Please choose carefully as all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
We will not refund and do not take responsibility for damage caused to the item during shipping.  We are happy to upgrade and insure your parcel, please contact us.

We will not take responsibility for or refund any items that are not excepted internationally due to customs or quarantine issues, so please choose carefully and check your country's policies and restrictions before you make a purchase.

 

Shipping

Shipping prices on our listing are set to economy, please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like an upgrade. If you would like a more accurate shipping cost to your specific location, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We ship the day after payment is processed and take care to package your order carefully to help it get to you safely, but unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for any damages caused by the postal services.

Please be sure to check your country's quarantine policies before purchasing any items that may not be accepted internationally.
